This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using EaseMate AI, including our AI chat, image generation, and video generation features. By using EaseMate AI, you agree to follow this policy and our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use EaseMate AI to create, request, upload, edit, distribute, or promote content that includes or facilitates:

• NSFW, explicit, pornographic, nude, sexually suggestive, or sexualized content
• Sexual content involving minors, age-ambiguous people, or any exploitation or abuse
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual harassment, or content intended to shame or extort a person
• Deepfake, face-swap, impersonation, or identity-manipulation content that is non-consensual, deceptive, sexual, abusive, or intended to mislead others
• Graphic violence, threats, harassment, hate, illegal activity, or instructions to evade safety systems
• Attempts to bypass moderation, content filters, policy enforcement, account limits, or security controls

AI Image and Video Generation

Every user prompt submitted for AI image or video generation must comply with this policy. We screen prompts before generation and may reject prompts that violate or appear likely to violate our content rules. If a prompt is blocked, revise it to remove prohibited content before trying again.

Enforcement

We may remove content, block generation requests, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we believe this policy has been violated. We may also preserve or disclose information when required by law or needed to protect users, third parties, our service, or our payment and infrastructure partners.
